Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink or other printable materials which can be pressed through the mesh as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A roller or squeegee is moved across the screen stencil, forcing or pumping ink past the threads of the woven mesh in the open areas.
Embroidery is stitched with a computerized embroidery machine using images "digitized" with embroidery software. In embroidery, different types of "fills" add texture and design to the finished work. Embroidery is used to add logos and monograms to business shirts or jackets, gifts, and team apparel as well as to decorate household linens, draperies, and decorator fabrics that mimic the elaborate hand embroidery of the past.
Laser etching technology allows customers to combine techniques to create a wide variety of one-of-a-kind decorated apparel with dramatic appeal.
This process uses lasers and a computerized system to precisely engrave, cut or mark a wide range of garments. Often, customers combine laser etching with embroidery to create those extra special embellishments that bring out the design and get noticed. *(garments must be 100% poyester)
